STORM POLICY
In light of severe storms in year’s
past, we have developed a mechanism by which members may obtain information
regarding cancellation of Metropolitan Boston EMS Council meetings.
During the winter months in which
three or more inches of snow has fallen in or around the City of Boston,
or anytime where hazardous driving conditions from other related storm
conditions are anticipated, we will evaluate the resulting effects on driving
conditions, and, if warranted, record an announcement of meeting cancellation
on our voice mail system no later than 6:15 A.M.
To access the voice mail system,
dial 781/505-4367. If the meeting is cancelled, you will hear
a recorded voice mail announcement toward that effect.
