All meetings of the Metropolitan Boston Emergency Medical Services Council and its committees are open to the public, and participation is encouraged. For more information about a specific meeting, to request an agenda or minutes, or to obtain directions, please contact us to be updated by e-mail or by telephone at (781) 505-4367. Please take a moment to enter the meeting dates that pertain to you in your calendar. Should a meeting be cancelled, postponed, or relocated, we will make every effort to notify committee members. You may call our office at
781/505-4367, two hours prior to a scheduled meeting, to determine if a meeting has been canceled due to inclement weather.
The Executive Committee and Pre-Hospital Committee meetings will be held at the Metropolitan Boston Emergency Medical Services Council, 25 B Street, Suite A, Burlington, MA. The Medical Control Committee and the Board of Directors meetings will be held at Natick Fire Department. The PIER Committee meetings will be held at Brigham & Women’s Hospital.

STORM POLICY
In light of severe storms in past years, we have developed a mechanism for members to obtain information regarding cancellation of Metropolitan Boston EMS Council meetings.
During the winter months in which three or more inches of snow has fallen in or around the City of Boston, or anytime where hazardous driving conditions from other related storm conditions are anticipated, we will evaluate the resulting effects on driving conditions, and, if warranted, record an announcement of meeting cancellation on our voice mail system no later than 6:15 A.M.
To access the voice mail system, dial 781/505-4367. If the meeting is cancelled, you will hear a recorded voice mail announcement informing you of the cancellation.
