18th Annual Region IV Awards

The Metropolitan Boston EMS Council (Region IV) is accepting nominations for our Eighteenth Annual Awards Ceremony.

The Awards will be presented on Thursday, November 8, 2018 at the American Legion Post 440, 295 California Street, Newton, MA.

All EMS Providers involved in the delivery of pre-hospital care within Region IV are eligible for nomination.  We are encouraging all providers and affiliates to nominate individuals and/or groups, regardless of type of incident, event, time of event or outcome, who you feel have made beneficial contributions to the Region IV EMS System.  We are asking you to help us to recognize those individuals who are striving daily to improve the delivery of pre-hospital care.

Please complete the nomination application with as much detail as possible (leaving out specific patient identifiers from EMS call details if you are referencing them) and email it to Betty Ericksen at info@mbemsc.org by Friday, September 28, 2018.  It is imperative that you give as much information/detail as possible in the narrative for the nominee(s). This is extremely crucial in helping the Selection Committee determine the best recipient for each award.
