The Massachusetts Department of Public Health’s Office of Emergency Medical Services (Department) is issuing the below Advisory, to clarify for all ambulance services that the requirement for M&M rounds under affiliation agreements applies to EMS personnel at all levels of certification, including EMT-Basics.
