Intertalk CMED Console System Update

As one of the final steps before going live with the new Intertalk CMED Console, Boston EMS will be conducting radio connection testing between hospitals and the new system. During testing, the individual hospital connection being tested will be offline for 30 to 45 minutes. Only one hospital will be tested at a time, and hospitals with multiple connections will lose only one channel at a time.

The Boston EMS Communications Engineering Unit, in partnership with our Special Operations Division, will be testing up to four hospitals per day. Testing is expected to occur between 9:30 AM and 2:30 PM on each of the below dates.
