Harvard EMS Course for EMS Professionals
There is a continuing education opportunity for the EMS professionals in our region. Harvard Medical School and the BIDMC Department of Emergency Medicine announce the 2nd annual "EMS: Interface Between Out-of-Hospital & Hospital-Based Providers" virtual course. The course offers 17 CME and CAPCE credits.

This course is designed for physicians, PAs, NPs, and RNs who interact with the prehospital health care system frequently, likely emergency, critical care, or internal medicine providers. This course is also designed for EMTs, paramedics, and other pre-hospital care providers who would like to gain knowledge in EMS-hospital systems integration, and access top-level learning opportunities with world renowned EMS and research faculty. You will also see some Massachusetts BIDMC clinicians you will know such as Dr. Jon Burstein, Dr. Steve Thomas, Dr. Dave Schoenfeld, and Dr. Christie Fritz.
